Product description

This bamboo is ideal as a container plant but also fantastic as a solitary or hedge plant. This bamboo grows very contiguous and can therefore also be used for hedges and partitions. Fargesia Robusta is a bamboo that does not form underground runners, grows quickly and forms upright thick stems. It is an attractive evergreen bamboo that can grow up to 5 metres high and is ideal as a hedge plant or as a screen. It should be placed sheltered from the wind and when the young shoots are protected from frost, it is hardy down to -20°C.
