Product description

Lonicera japonica Red World is an excellent climber with aromatic white and red flowers. Flowers are produced in abundance during the months June - September. Non edible black coloured berries are produced in Fall. Lonicera japonica Red World is a semi-wintergreen plant; it will initially keep its green leaves but it may lose them during severe frost. The leaves are oval shaped, pointy and have a glossy green colour with red veins. The bottom of the leaves is blue-green.

Red Honeysuckle prefers a semi shady location. It is fully hardy and can be placed in any well drained soil. In addition, it is resistant to sea wind and air pollution.
