Freylinia lanceolata originates in South Africa where it has been given its nickname; Honey bell-bush. As its name may reveal, the plat produces yellow leaves that spread a delicious honey fragrance. It is very appealing to a large range of benevolent insects, such as bumblebees and butterflies. The flowers appear late in Summer and remain in early Fall, while many plants are starting to lose their colour, the Honey bell-bush still keeps going.
