Where do you get your palms from (how do you ensure they are good ones)
Mypalmshop is a subsidiary of Gardenpalms Europe. Gardenpalms Europe is a leading European company for winter-hardy palms. 90% of our assortment is cultivated ourselves in our own massive greenhouse in Holland. This means that our plants aren't subject to acclimatisation, import restricions and other problems such as disease. If we do accept plants from other sources they are first isolated and treated to make sure that they cannot contaminate our own stock.
What's the best way to pay, Paypal (Credit card), Bank transfer or iDeal?
The best way is to pay the way you want. We try to make shopping with us a easy as possible for you.

How long have you been selling palms?
MyPalmshop is a subsidiary of Gardenpalms Europe. A leading company which has been importing and exporting palms world-wide for more than ten years!
Do you have a printed catalogue ?
We don't produce a printed catalogue. As our assortment changes too frequently a printed catalogue would very soon be outdated. Please view our current offers on the webshop. Each product has a picture and some of them even a movie! You also can subscribe to our newsletter to receive our latest offers.
Can I use some of your pictures on my website ?
We encourage the free use of our pictures on educational, non-profit web sites.
Will i receive a confirmation of my order ?
You automatically instantly receive a copy of the order in your email box after your order.
I subscribed to the Mypalmshop newsletter but have not yet received anything?
We send out a newsletter approximately every 4 weeks. If you subscribed less than 4 weeks ago, chances are that we haven't sent out an update yet. If it was more than 4 weeks ago, you may have entered your e-mail address incorrectly. In that case you can easily subscribe again via our homepage.
Do you sell palms which are not on the webshop
Gardenpalms/Mypalmshop is specialised in importing specialised plants and palms for special customers like Zoos or Botanical Gardens. If you need a collectors item we are always able to import this plant or palm as we regulary import containers from all over the world. Just send an email with the plant and size you are looking for.
Are all plants on the webshop available ?
Of course. Everything on the webshop we do have in stock in good numbers. As soon as a plant is sold out it will not appear in the webshop !
How I can correct errors made on my order?
Not a problem if you have not yet paid. Just make a new order and pay the new order amount. Please add a note when ordering to request us to delete the previous erroneous order. If you receive a confirmation of your false order it is not a problem as we only do ship out the orders which have been paid.
Can I place my order by mail ?
Yes, but it is easier and faster if you place order online on our website
Will I receive a confirmation of my order ?
You will receive direct after ordering a confirmation of your order in your emailbox. This order number can be used to track and trace your order on the homepage.
